Refund Policy

This policy applies to any customer purchasing FEET IT insoles or any other customizable FEET IT product. It is strongly recommended to review the policy carefully.

Insoles purchased at FEET IT branches (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) are custom-made for each customer. Therefore, these insoles are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

The Company shall not replace or accept returns for defective insoles, nor shall it be held liable for any claims related to defects caused by the consumer and/or any person acting on their behalf as a result of accidents, negligence, intentional misconduct, improper use, failure to follow the Company’s instructions, or any other unreasonable use leading to the defect.

At its sole discretion and without any legal obligation to do so, the Company may agree to accept returns of insoles, even though the customer is not entitled to return them. In such instances, the return shall be subject to a cancellation fee determined by the Company, which will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be processed by the Company within no more than thirty (30) business days from the date of the Company’s decision to approve the refund, and upon the return of the insoles along with the original invoice. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment, less the cancellation fee.

Nothing in this policy shall be construed as imposing any obligation on the Company to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for insoles when the Company is not legally required to do so. Moreover, this policy does not impose any legal obligations on the Company beyond those prescribed by law.
